  Class Descriptions
This is a complete list of the skills and classes Tribal Attitude Members are currently  able to instruct.  If you have any questions about these classes, please don't hesitate to ask.
Breathing and Meditation – The breathing class will start with some sitting breathing exercises for about 10 minutes. Then we will move into the moving breath exercise. Finally we will end the class with some yoga/meditative positions. Although we will be sitting for most of this class - the breathing is designed to get the heart rate increased. You will be breathing hard even though your body will not be working hard.
Core Muscle/Dance Class – Do you want to strengthen your core muscles and work on those excruciatingly slow taxium moves? Then this is the class. Basic moves will be broken down into muscle groups and the class will focus on drilling with those particular muscle groups. This is a great way to isolate those muscles for a more refined look. Yoga is also a main part of the warm up and cool down. Taught by Christine.
Drumming Classes – Beginner Hand Drum Class.  Basic Southwest Asian and African Rhythms will be taught on all types of hand drums. Taught by Kelly.
High Energy Belly Dance – Oriental dance is a great low impact way to warm-up and tone your muscles while dancing to high energy music. This class will play both Modern Middle Eastern and American Club Music. Come prepared to sweat in regular workout attire. Taught by Christine
Meditation and Relaxation – This class will use meditation techniques to relax. The class will be divided into 3 distinctive parts – Stretching, Meditation, and Relaxation. Class will start with stretching and then move to the meditation part. We will then spend about 5 minutes meditating to start with and gradually work up to 20 minutes. Then we will spend about 15 minutes learning relaxation techniques.
